- Payment information: We use Razorpay to process payments. We do not store card details — Razorpay handles all payment processing. We store only the payment reference ID provided by Razorpay.
- Usage data: We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first and collects no personally identifiable information and sets no cookies.
3. How we use your information
- To send you the program brochure you requested
- To process and evaluate your application
- To communicate about your application status and next steps
- To notify you of program updates and cohort news (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- For internal admissions reporting and program improvement
4. Who we share your information with
We do not sell your data. We share limited information with the following service providers:
- Cloudflare D1 — application database
- Resend — email delivery
- Razorpay — payment processing
- Cloudflare — website hosting and analytics
5. Data retention
We retain application data for 24 months. Brochure download data is retained for 12 months. You may request deletion at any time by emailing admissions@indianschoolofskills.org.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at admissions@indianschoolofskills.org to exercise these rights. We will respond within 7 business days.
7. Cookies
Our website uses only essential browser storage (sessionStorage) to preserve your UI preferences within a single browsing session. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
