Refund Policy

Last updated: April 2026. This policy applies to all ISS Cohort 1 applicants and students.

1. Application Fee (₹100)

The ₹100 application fee is paid at the time of submitting your application. This fee:

• Is fully refunded if you are not selected after completing your skills assessment and admissions call.
• Is not refunded if you are selected and subsequently withdraw your application or choose not to join the program.
• Is not refunded if you do not complete the skills assessment or book your admissions call within the specified timeframe.

Refunds of the application fee are processed within 5–7 business days of the admissions decision.

2. Program Fee (₹69,000 / ₹79,000)

The full program fee is due after you accept your offer. The following refund schedule applies:

• Before Week 1 starts: 100% refund of program fee paid.
• During Week 1 or Week 2: 75% refund of program fee paid.
• From Week 3 onwards: No refund. Seat forfeited.

If you are removed from the program due to consistent non-attendance (3 unexcused absences), no refund is issued.

3. If ISS Cancels the Cohort

In the unlikely event that ISS cancels Cohort 1 before it begins, all fees paid — including the application fee and any program fee installments — will be refunded in full within 10 business days.

4. Program Fee for Marketing & Growth (₹79,000)

The ₹79,000 program fee for Marketing & Growth includes ₹10,000 in live ad spend allocated to your account. The ad spend component is non-refundable once it has been allocated or spent on live campaigns. The refund schedule above applies to the ₹69,000 base fee only.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email admissions@indianschoolofskills.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Name]". Include your application reference and reason for withdrawal. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
